Verity Fashion Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Verity Fashion. We value our customers and aim to make your shopping experience as satisfactory as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and refund practices:

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales for digital downloads are final, and we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before proceeding with your payment.

2. Custom-Made Clothing

As our clothing range is custom made, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you select the incorrect size. We urge you to refer to our size guides and make sure to select the correct size before finalizing your order.

3. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. To do so, please send an email to info@verityfashion.com.au, and include clear photographs of the damage, along with your order number. Upon receipt of your email, we will evaluate the issue and inform you of the steps to follow. Please note that we will not accept any damaged item reports after 30 days from the date of receipt.

4. Return Shipping

If you are required to return a product, please note that the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
