All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia and internationally. Any shipments outside of Australia are subject to extra fees that will be calculated at checkout.

**3. Delivery Time**

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

* Within Australia, standard shipping generally takes 7-10 days. Express shipping, which can be selected at checkout, generally takes 2-7 days.
* For international orders, standard shipping typically takes 20-30 days and express shipping takes 7-15 days.

Please note that these shipping times do not include our order processing time, which typically takes between 3-5 business days. Delivery may take longer due to high demand, postal delays, or factors out of our control, for which we are not responsible.

**4. Shipping Costs**

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping costs will be calculated using Australia Post's standard rates.

**5. Local Pickup**

Local pickup is available for customers based near our location at Ellenbrook, WA 6069. This option can be selected at the checkout. We will provide further information on collection time and location once your order is ready for pick-up.

**6. Damaged Items in Transport**

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@verityfashion.com.au.

7**. Free Shipping**

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 value, This will be automated at checkout.
